Terms of Service

EnoughPizza is a service of Northwoods Ventures LLC. These terms are the agreement between you and Northwoods Ventures LLC ("we", "us") when you use the EnoughPizza website. By using the site you agree to them.

1. What the site is, and isn't

EnoughPizza offers free calculators that estimate how much pizza and catering to order for a group, what it may cost, and what to tip, along with guides to pizza sizes and slice counts. Where we give a figure from someone else, such as a pizza chain's slice count or a catering cost range, we say where it comes from.

Estimates, not guarantees. The calculators use typical appetites and portions that you can change. Real appetites, pizza sizes, prices and tipping customs vary, and chains change their menus. Check sizes, prices, ingredients and allergens with the restaurant or caterer before you order. Nothing on EnoughPizza is dietary, medical, or professional advice.

2. Who can use it

EnoughPizza is for a general audience. If you are under 18, use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Our content and how you may use it

Our text, calculators, design, and code belong to Northwoods Ventures LLC. Brand names belong to their owners, and figures from other sources remain subject to their sources' terms. You may quote a result or a short passage with a link back to the page, for example “per EnoughPizza”. You may not copy the site in bulk, scrape it, republish substantial parts of it, or use it to build a competing product without our written permission.EnoughPizza is not affiliated with or endorsed by any pizza chain or catering company we mention.

4. Links, partners, and how we make money

Some pages may show ads or link to other businesses, such as caterers or catering marketplaces. Those businesses are independent third parties. We may earn a commission or fee when you sign up or buy through a link. That never changes what the calculators say, and a link is not an endorsement. Their sites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use EnoughPizza to break the law, to interfere with or overload the site, to scrape or copy our content in bulk, to impersonate anyone, or to misrepresent our content or where it came from. We may limit or end access for any of these.

6. Disclaimers and limits on our liability

THE SITE, AND EVERYTHING ON IT, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ESTIMATES, SLICE COUNTS, PRICES, AND OTHER INFORMATION MAY BE WRONG OR OUT OF DATE. YOU USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, NORTHWOODS VENTURES LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, INCOME, OR DATA, ARISING FROM THE SITE, ANYTHING ON IT, OR ANY THIRD PARTY YOU REACH THROUGH IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). Some places do not allow some of these limits, so some may not apply to you.

You agree to defend and hold Northwoods Ventures LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your dealings with any third party you reach through it.

7. Changes and ending the service

We may change these terms. The effective date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may change, suspend, or end any part of the site at any time. See also our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, to whose jurisdiction you consent.
